Using play doh and duplo or lego blocks you can demonstrate to kids the proper way to floss your teeth. Put a little play doh or clay in between the blocks to show kids how food and bacteria can get caught in between your teeth. Use yarn and create a "C Shape" around the bumps to show them how to pull floss against the sides of their teeth to remove the debris that can cause cavities. This gives children something they can see and visualize so they can understand why flossing is so important.
This vinyl chart is an awesome reminder for kids to brush their teeth in the morning and at night. I also recommend getting a little 2 minute timer and setting it when they brush so they get used to brushing for a longer period of time.
Dr. Tanner's office and staff are the best!!! I’ve been going to him for over ten years and always have been treated with the best care. Even when I had an emergency, they got me right in. His work is exceptional, and pretty much pain free!!
